Shipping shortage
I sold two sets of four plates , with the original quantity being three sets. I listed shipping at $17. When my buyer paid it paid $17 which covered one set but I was shorted the additional $17 to send the second set. How do I go about resolving that does Ebay not know to automatically increase your shipping?
