Good afternoon. I live in Colombia and make purchases in the USA, which reach me in Colombia through my virtual mailbox 4-72 (Anicam Enterprises). I have recently made 3 purchases through Ebay, which have been sent through the DHL postal service and, in all three cases, the service has been very irregular. The fact is that DHL does not make deliveries, but rather delegates them to the USPS service for final delivery. The three cases I am referring to are: 1. Nvidia Shield K1 Tablet. It did not arrive at the destination, and Ebay refunded me the amount paid. 2. Rechargeable battery for Pyle PUCRC25 PUCRC26B Pure Clean Robot Vacuum Floor Cleaner. This shipment took a long time to arrive, and when it arrived the envelope containing the item was empty. I still received a refund for my purchase. 3. Since I need the battery, I again placed the order on Ebay: the shipment arrived today, April 4, at the destination, but it was delivered to USPS for its final destination, and the report says that it takes between 1 and 3 business days to be delivered . The tracking number for this latest shipment is 420331729261290357447700005324. The previous narrative demonstrates the poor quality of the service provided by the DHL company and its unreliability.
