Shipping seeds with a stamped envelope
I am wanting to create a listing for seeds that only need to be shipped in an envelope with a USPS first class stamp. This would be considered free shipping. What I am not understanding is how would I prove to ebay that the shipment has been sent since there will be no tracking information. I could not find any information in the help sections on eBay.

·3 years agoBe careful where you ship seeds.
Most countries have regulations to protect against agricultural pests and diseases seeds can carry, as well as invasive and non native species.
If you find a country they're allowed to be shipped to you'll probably need a phytosanitary certificate and an import permit before you can send the seeds. (as per usda)

Mentor3 years agoYou can't prove it, you can only mark the orders as shipped. If a buyer says not received, you will have to issue a full refund.
