shipping score evaluation
How does e bay compile the shipping score? I have a "3' and have not shipped anything late Also, I currently have a customer I have e mailed about shipping out their item, and , need some instruction from them, no reply yet after 3 days. Does this affect my shipping score? By the way, I print the shipper and upload tracking info within 30 minutes of a purchase

·1 year agoDo you mean the one shown on your Feedback page? If so, that's an average of the scores given to you by your buyers when they leave feedback (each of the four categories there is presented to them to leave an optional star rating). It's entirely the buyer's opinions and may be based on things like their views on your packaging and padding materials, the time it arrived in, etc. It does not affect anything except perhaps some future customer's decisions to purchase from you if they even look at that.
