Shipping scams
I just had a guy try and charge me $25 dollars to ship three 99 cent comic books. He refused to combine the shipping. Is this legal to do on Ebay ? Force someone to cancel their order by charging obscene shipping fees ?

Yes, it is "legal".
The shipping charges are shown on the listing BEFORE you choose to purchase/place your order. Once you make your purchase/order, you are required to pay the seller's shipping charges.
