Shipping Scam ???
Have you received delivery notices for an item purchased, and the item never arrives? The seller lacks communication skills and just refunds the purchase price. If you bug the shipper they tell you the tracking number is for some other person. Therefore an item was never sent to me, and the seller will not communicate, only stating refund provided. The seller did not even try to send me another item, even though the item was still for sale. ebay will not communicate. Has this happened to you?
