Shipping rule changed

Question

I need to know how all my listings got changed to freight for shipping rule? I never created it. I can’t bulk edit because it does not fix the issue. I’ve called twice. I don’t have time to manually go in and edit all these. How???

It sounds like you are using Business Policies.

If so, go edit your Shipping Policy to reflect the shipping you want.

If you have one item that is Freight, create a policy for Freight that only is on that item.

Editing your Policy is a bulk edit of your listings.

If you are unfamiliar with Business Policies, you can Opt-Out here:

The Opt-Out is in tiny writing on upper right.

Then you should be able to list your item as normal, and use Bulk Edit on Shipping

✓ But I highly suggest you edit your policy FIRST before you opt out, if you are going to opt out.

Have tried changing one listing to see if 1) you can change it and 2) if the change sticks?

Have you taken the time to check to see if you have a Business policy set up for shipping that inadvertently set up the Freight shipping on all of your items? Business Policies - Overview

Are you working on the phone app or a PC?
