Shipping review ratings are against me!
I have always used "calculated USPS shipping" I weigh and measure every single item to exact weight and size.. I have never had an issue with the USPS. Yet my shipping review ratings is 4.70 !! WHY. I don't set the price yet buyers apparently think I do! How do I explain to buyers "I don't set shipping rates." I've attached numerous explanations to buyers yet my ship rate continues at 4.70!!

Mentor2 years agoYou are not judged by the stars for shipping anymore, so I wouldn't worry about it. Most buyers have no idea how much it costs to ship something and their opinions are uneducated with regards to the current rates. The only way to get 5 stars is to offer free shipping. Yes, I know it isn't really free!
