Shipping/ Return Issues
Hi, I placed a order for a casino watch but it’s way to little to read to set the time without a magnifying glass. I started the return process and the seller’s address is listed in Hong Kong. The shipping itself would be more than I paid for the watch. This watch was shipped from San Francisco, CA. I am more than willing to ship back the way it came, it not to Hong Kong, I have sent two messages to the seller and waiting for a reply…..any suggestions?

·3 years agoTell the seller you need a US address, since that's where it shipped from.
If they don't provide one, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
Some of those International sellers try that, knowing the cost to ship it back would be a lot more then the item is wort, so the buyer decides not to return and they don't have to refund.

Mentor3 years agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
You are only required to ship the item back to San Francisco. The seller can send you enough money to cover the shipping to Hong Kong, or give you a full refund. On day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
