Shipping Refund or How Do I talk to a real person!
How do I get in touch with a person that can help me get a refund on postage the was double charged on an order!

Mentor1 month ago@daushaus5 If shipping was double charged then you will have two tracking numbers. You just need to cancel the shipping label that was not used.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

Note, eBay Standard Envelope shipping labels can not be canceled
