shipping refund from buy it now checkout charged immediate payment. Item picked up local refund shp
Seller had item advertised as immediate payment needed to bid/buy it now. Shipping was $60 that was added during checkout. Item was picked up locally. Seller state they cant reverse the shipping due to the checkout process added charges automatically. Can Ebay reverse shipping?

No, but you can refund the buyer.
Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, select Send refund, select a reason, select the amount, submit.
