Shipping refund due to usps delays
Shipping was severely delayed. I would like a shipping refund for item so that I can refund shipping cost to the buyer. Delay was due to USPS, not me. How can I request this?

If you purchased a shipping label that was scanned and the package was delivered, a refund is not available. The insurance that comes with eBay labels doesn't cover shipping delays.
