Full refunded payment giving to the buyer. Buyer sent item back to seller on her own funds. Unable to refund her fund.

Mentor3 years agoIn the future, when the buyer requests a return, and you agree, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to the buyer. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.
Since you refunded the buyer before the buyer sent back the item, in order to reimburse for return shipping, you will need to get the buyer's Paypal email address, and you can then use SEND MONEY to reimburse the buyer using Paypal.
