Shipping refund
I sold an item where the buyer picked it up, but I have been charged by eBay for shipping. How can I get a refund for shipping costs?

-If you printed a label then you can VOID it on this page using the pull-down menu on the left and selecting VOID, you have 5 days to do this. Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
-If all you did was arrange a pick up instead of shipping them item eBay is STILL expecting you to ship the item ... I did this once years ago and simply told the Buyer they would be receiving a small box with a picture of the item in it to satisfy eBay's shipping requirement. The Buyer was fine with that because I refunded their shipping costs. You can refund the Buyer for their shipping costs by going to the sold item and using the Send refund choice on the pull-down menu.
