Shipping refund.
I am a first time seller on eBay. And when I went to ship the product, I hit something with the labels, and got charged twice for shipping when the buyer also paid for it. How would I go about getting a refund for those shipping labels that weren't used.
Please do not direct me to your AI chat bot as I have had no success with them.

The buyer pays you for shipping and you use that money to purchase a shipping label.
If you purchased two labels for the same transaction, you can cancel one of them at the link below. Be sure to cancel the label you DIDN'T use.

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
