Shipping refund
Someone bought and paid for 3 items in the same day and then asked me if I could ship it all together and refund some of the shipping money he already paid. How do I do that?

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate all items. Click the box in front of each one. Click the SHIPPING tab at the top, click to PRINT labels. On the next screen, enter the weight and dimensions of the package, pay and print the label. Afterwards, you can click the 3 dots and select Send Refund and specify the amount to be sent to the buyer.
