Shipping refund
Hello,
I recently purchased two items from the same UK seller, and they have agreed to ship both items together and refund the shipping cost for one of them.
The shipping amount to be refunded is $83.47.
Could you please advise on the proper way to process this refund? Should the seller issue a partial refund through the order, or is there anything I need to do on my end?

Mentor5 months ago@scott_samoyed. Is the seller using the Global Shipping Programme? If yes then the orders can't be combined.
The seller would have to cancel both items and relist in one listing. This can only be done if the items are similar and from the same category.
If the seller is directly Shipping to you then they can send a combined shipping invoice with the reduced shipping cost.
