Shipping refund
The package I shipped was a bit larger and heavier than the USPS postage I indicated on ebay. The Post Office was not able to determine the difference I owed, so to avoid the item being returned to me due to insufficient postage I purchased a revised shipping label through ebay and cancelled the first one. How long does it take to get a refund for those of you who have experienced this? Thanks!

·1 year agoIt can be 3 to 6 weeks.
I know that's is a long time but the Post office wants to make sure that the label is not used

Mentor1 year agoIt takes 21 days for the shipping carrier to verify that the label was not used. eBay will let you know when the refund is allowed.
