Shipping rating on my account

Question

My shipping rating has gone down in the past month from 5.0 to 4.6 and I donâ€™t understand why. I use USPS and they determine what shipping costs are. Can anyone help me understand? Thanks in advance!

That's a very subjective rating that your buyers leave, eBay doesn't set that.

Someone(s) didn't like the shipping cost and marked you down - but keep in mind many buyers don't really understand these costs to begin with, and there isn't much you can do about how they see it.

Don't worry too much about it - your other ratings are all good.

Sellers used to be judged on those star ratings (DSRs). We aren't anymore, so I wouldn't worry about it.

It appears that one person marked you down, no biggie. Keep up the good work. Historical the shipping stars take the most hits.
