Shipping Rates
I recently sent out items sold on eBay and the system calculated the amount to be $6.37, however when I went to the post office I was charged $9.25 for ground service. The clerk stated there are holiday rates that went into effect. Is anyone else seeing this and how do you adjust for it?

eBay has automatically adjusted calculated shipping for the holiday rates.
Your difference is caused by paying retail at your PO. You are charging your buyers the eBay discounted rates.
Either change what you are charging to 0 discounts to the buyers, or buy your labels through eBay. If you don’t have a printer, you can get your labels through eBay as a QR code - the PO will print your labels through eBay from the QR code for you.
