Mentor11 months ago"Shipping" can encompass more than just the cost of the shipping label itself. Some sellers charge a fee for packing materials or handling.
If you mean why are your buyers charged more than the cost you pay for shipping, you may be seeing a discount for purchasing shipping through eBay -- a discount you can choose to pass along to your customer, or not.
Keep in mind that as a seller you do pay eBay fees on the total amount the buyer pays, which includes the cost of shipping as well as the item price and the sales tax, if any.
