Shipping question. Shipping label website won't allow shipping via First Class reverts to Media Mail
Hi there,
I'm new to using e-bay to sell after a very long pause. When I try to print the shipping label for an item that was sold I enter the weight and dimensions plus select to send via First Class postage the website reverts to send via Media Mail and the First Class option is greyed out. It wants to print a Media Mail label.
I have entered my details about 6 times already and this keeps happening. it's a box weighing, 24 oz 7x6x4
2 days ago I shipped an exact same package and printed out the label and selected First Class postage, the label ended up printed, Media Mail, I noticed and cancelled it right away. I re-entered the details of the package and selected First Class postage and the label printed properly. But today it just wont.
I know about the Media Mail usage, and I don't want any problems. Does anyone know why this may be happening?
