shipping question - please do not answer unless you are 100% sure

Question

Buyer has po box for shipping. Only shipping available for this is uspo for $108.00. Ebay let me cancel b/c of the po box address. Suyer apologized and asked if I would ship to his house address (which was also on ebay along with the po box). He does not have a mailbox. Buyer said fed ex has delivered to his house, but not ups.

He said if the carrier recognizes the address when you give shipping address, they will deliver it. Sounds reasonable, but is it true?

Second question. I would ship pirate ship- ups, since ebay sees only the po box with the address and won't ship anything but usps. I should still be covered with ups regarding delivery, right?

Make sure UPS will deliver to his address. Then as long as the ebay supplied address shows the street address you can ship to it. If you don't have PirateShip linked to ebay, make sure you update the tracking manually.
