Shipping question
Shipped an item and buyer said it was delivered. USPS says its delivered. It was Supposed to be shipped through UPS my bad on that front. But my question is if it was delivered but not marked as delivered on Ebay how am I supposed to get paid?!

OP4 days agoIve been paid from other orders. This one stats it was never delivered but it clearly was.

Mentor4 days ago@simsamco eBay will consider it untracked and it will take 31 days for the payout.
"New private sellers will typically receive their funds within 2 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with an ebay label), 7 days after delivery confirmation (for items sent with a third-party label), or 31 days after the buyer pays (for items sent without tracking) while they build a consistent track record. Once they've qualified to receive their funds faster, they'll typically receive their funds within 2 days of the buyer’s payment"

Mentor4 days agoSince you are a new seller, Ebay can place a temporary hold on your payouts for up to 31 days.
