shipping question
this is my first time selling on ebay. i did not enter the item's correct dimensions and weight. so ebay wants to ship my item, 13"x9"x6", 5 lbs., in an envelope. how do i correct this? item is paid fo. i expect to eat the difference in shipping charges.

·3 years agoIf you are purchasing the shipping label through eBay, you will have the option to enter the actual package dimensions and weight. You will be charged the correct eBay shipping cost for that package.

·3 years agoWhen go to buy your shipping label, you'll have to make up the difference and ship it.
