Shipping purchased through Veeqo/cannot manually enter tracking

Hello,I am a new seller on eBay and recently shipped an order with a label I purchased through Veeqo because I thought it was all integrated, but it is not. eBay is under the impression I still need to use their prepaid label and the order is showing unshipped. It will not let me manually update the tracking number through the add tracking or mark as shipped functions. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to update the tracking info? Appreciate any help!|

Veego does update tracking to ebay if linked properly.

Did you check the Order Details to see if it did? Note unlike others, Veego is slow to update, sometimes an hour.

What carrier did you ship with?

Does the Enter Tracking window open?
