If 2 labels were printed, you should Void the unused label. Here's how to void a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void.
- Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Void shipping label.
The refund comes in about 21 days.
