Shipping problems
I am having a issue with shipping a item.The buyers keep getting a message saying I don’t ship to there location.I don’t have any restrictions on as to where I don’t want to ship to some locations as I know of

Check the shipping info on the item, such as the fender - you entered weight and/or dimensions that the shipping calculator cannot handle. In search you see ‘shipping on specified’, buyers see a message ‘may not ship to your location’.

OP10 months agoThanks . I do notice it’s really cheap if I go thru usps and it’s like 150.00 more if go thru UPS. I have all the measurements correct and same . I am guessing since I choose the cheapest it limits shipping location.

Selecting one service over another will not limit the delivery locations in the US. Generally ups is very competitive or even less expensive that usps for large packages. I think your dimensions are out of the acceptable range for usps.
How big is the package when boxed? Usps has a max of 130†length + girth (2 x width + 2 x depth). What is the weight?

That’s too large for usps. 60 + ((34+14) x 2) =156. Max combined size is 130â€.
