Shipping problem
Hello, I sold my first item and printed a shipping label using USPS. I noticed it had my old address on it so I canceled it and changed my address but now I don't know how to get back to the shipping page on my item to print a new label. and my item already indicates that it shipped on the old label. How do I fix this?

Mentor3 years agoFirst, make sure you changed ALL your addresses appropriately here:

Select Purchase another label from the option in the dropdown next to the order transaction. Be sure to check to make sure your new zip code is showing on the Create a label page. If not, click Edit to select the new address you added.

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
