shipping problem

I am trying to talk to an eBay person for help with a serious shipping problem. Can anyone tell me how to get a hold of an eBay person. thanks

When this happens you contact both buyers let them know you mixed up the packages and have them open return/refund requests. You approve the return and provide a return shipping label. You pay for the label since it was your error.

Once you receive the coins back you refund the buyers. You then list the coins again for them to re-purchase.

I shipped 2 coins on the same day and they each went to the wrong buyers. need to find out how this could be corrected.
