-First, "WHO" sent you an email saying the item was delivered?
-Go to your Purchase history, check the tracking number and click on the tracking history to see what that says
-If tracking shows the item was delivered but you do not have it immediately contact your Post Office, give them the tracking number and ask if the GPS scan the carrier did was at YOUR address.
-If the package WAS delivered to your address then someone took the package, you may have ti file a Police report for a stolen package

Mentor3 years agoYou need to speak to your mail carrier or your local post office. The GPS tracking can tell you exactly where it was delivered. This isn't something to be reported to your seller or eBay. The USPS delivered it. If it was stolen you need to file a police report.
