Shipping priority packages
Hello,
I am shipping a purse medium size leather purse, the buyer purchased priority mail, should I use a medium flat rate box or use my own box? the shipping covers 2lbs to zone 8. A few weeks ago I shipped a priority package through eBay & used a priority flat rate box & a couple of weeks later i was charged an extra $9 for the shipping, I am trying to avoid more charges.

·3 years agoFlat rate can be expensive. The one you were charged extra for sounds like you used a regular priority label on a flat rate box .
You can use your own box if you wish or the Post office has many non flat rate boxes .
