Shipping price quoted is too high
When I originally listed my item, eBay put that the shipping cost would be between 60 and $100. I think it might be because one of my pictures shows that the artwork was originally from England, so I think they think I want to ship internationally, but I am in Texas. It is a very small item, and shouldn’t cost more than six dollars to send how can I edit the shipping cost? Also, I am not able to add any photos, it shows each picture with a lock symbol has anybody else had any of these problems? Thank you in advance

On the shipping label page select switch to advanced on the upper right. Then you can change the package weight and dimensions so that they are correct.
Shipping is based on package size and weight. Dimensional surcharges apply if the box is over one cubic foot.
If you use the eBay international shipping program then you ship to the US hub in Illinois.
Buyer pays you item price and shipping to Illinois. The buyer pays eBay international shipping from the hub to the buyers country and custom fees if any.
