Opt out of EIS (eBay International shipping) at the top of this page in your Account settings: Shipping Preferences
Local pick-up is a setting on the listing tool, it can be turned ON or OFF when you create a listing. You can Edit your listings to turn it off if it is on. If you use Sell something like this from another Seller's listing you have to make sure settings on the listing tool are changed to your preferred settings, otherwise you are using some of the other Seller's settings.

OP8 months agothank you so much. I must have some other issue going on because I have tried both of the above and I am provided with no options. Local pickup does not show up when trying to edit a listing and in preferences there is no way to toggle on the international shipping. I have not used ebay for 4-5 years to sell so maybe I need to update my account in some more global way. Appreciate the help!
