Shipping preference glitch
On one of my listings ,buyers are receiving a message from eBay that I do not ship to their state (specified) or to the US, which is erroneous. I have had 3 phone calls with eBay agents about this and they can find nothing in the listing or is my shipping preferences that would trigger this. I am about to pull the listing, Anyone have suggestions or a similar experience? It's a higher priced item ( $200+)

You have one listing with no shipping method specified. Without a shipping method, anyone that attempts a purchase will get that error message.

OP5 months agoThank you, I see that from your list under my user name although it doesn't appear that way in the eBay listing. How do I rectify this?

Mentor5 months agoAdd a shipping method to that listing, and make sure the weight and dimensions are correct and within the limits for that shipping method.
