Shipping Policy Change
I have a 1 day shipping policy, i have a buyer requesting a delay to ship for a week due to out of town. They paid, how can I help this customer?

You need to ship within your handling time to avoid a defect on your seller metrics.
Below are two ways you can handle this:
The buyer can put in a vacation hold with USPS if you're shipping that way. If he can do this, then you can ship on time.
Or you can cancel the sale using the reason that there is an issue with the buyer's address, and then relist when he returns so he can repurchase the item when he's ready to take delivery.
