Shipping Policy
Hello, I am getting my new Ebay account ready and I am currently setting up business policies. I ran into an issue where I am setting up individual Ground Advantage Policies (calculated) for 0-4oz, 4-8oz, 8-12oz. and then when I go to try to do the policy for 12-16oz , I get the red box warning stating - Policy with identical Attributes already Exists.
I selected standard small to med items for shipping method, selected Calculated for cost type, selected USPS Ground Advantage as the carrier. I set a 2 day handling time and excluded 3 location. I made these selections across the board for each of the previous policies. I have seen others in videos set up their policies this way so now I am kind of stuck and wondering why, since it's a policy for a different weight class, is it not taking now, and displaying the alert? Must be doing something wrong

Mentor6 months ago@pearlstreetqualityexchange26 You only need one calculated ground advantage policy since you will be entering the package weight and dimensions on the listing.
If you are going to charge a flat rate shipping cost based on those weights then you create a separate policy for each weight.
