Shipping policy
when I try to make a listing it says please add at least one valid shipping service option to your listing what do I put in the blank?

You have to complete the shipping section. Use the Calculated setting, then add the weight and dimensions of the package you will ship the item in. You can then select the carrier and shipping method like USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, etc. Whichever carrier is most convenient for you to take the package to their local facility.
