Shipping Policy
Help! I’m not able to list anything without first choosing/creating a shipping policy! I’ve been trying to mess around with different things- but have been unsuccessful! I do NOT have an eBay store-so do I need to create a shipping policy? I’ve sold over 100 items on eBay and have never run it into this before? Is this something new? 😩
I’ve also been trying to get a call back with an eBay agent-but they must be really busy.

Mentor8 months agoI never had a shipping policy. I just state that I use calculated shipping. However, once I decided to use an AI lister, a shipping policy was required, so I created one to use calculated shipping.
