Shipping policy
I somehow messed up my shipping stuff and can’t seem to fix it. It was set so eBay calculated the shipping costs depending on where it was going I didn’t have to do anything there now it’s so I can’t list anything now. Any help on how to fix

That sounds frustrating.
It sounds like you are Opted-In to Business Policies. You can Opt-Out here:
The Opt-Out is in tiny writing on upper right.

Then you should be able to list your item as normal.
