Shipping policies

Question

Hey all!

Can anyone educate me in how to update all my First class listing's to Ground in one shot? Bulk. I see every option *except* shipping policies.

I also can't figure out how to add a shipping policy for ground advantage. ("shipping polices", ugh, worst update ever)
