Shipping Policies
I want to have a category of items, small and inexpensive, for which I charge a flat rate on the first item and any additional are free- not just one listing but have it apply for every listing that has that specific policy.. If I have another shipping policy that is a flat $9, probably a heavy item and a person buys 3 that have the $4 any number and a $9 one will they be charged $13? I'm a little unclear what happens when there are different shipping policies in one order.
