Shipping policies
I DO NOT want to participate in shipping policies. I want to set shipping for each item individually, with any impact on other listings. I don't want the message that 'if you change this, it will affect 10 other listings. I do not have a store. How do I get back to the previous way it was set up?

Look for the "Opt out" link near the top on the right.
I do always advise sellers look into the advantages of Business Policies, as they can be extremely helpful, but that's entirely up to you.
