Shipping policies
I am trying to adjust my shipping policies in men ebay store. When I click on shipping methods the only options I'm given are small to medium items, freight and local pick up. I have another ebay store and in that store I can pick my shipping method as Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, etc.. How do I get this option back?

It sounds like you are using "business policies" on this account.
Chose "small to medium items"
then
Choose or edit the "Shipping policy" to pick Ground Advantage, etc.
