If yes then you must only show a picture of one.
If you don't want to sell them as a set then you select Buy It Now and add a Quantity of 9 and STILL only show a photo of one.
"I have 9 of these price is for 1" this is NOT the correct way to list
In the shipping section it is important to select X amount for additional items in the same listing. This can only be done with flat rate shipping though.

For most items I would recommend a calculated combined shipping rule however that would not work for these items since eBay only combines weights and not dimensions. They look like they will need a box that is larger than 1 cubic foot, especially if more than one is shipped together that means there will be dimensional weight surcharges.
I see that you are using flat rate for most of your listings and the shipping prices do appear to be too low.
I strongly recommend using buyer pays calculated shipping when creating your listings. Enter the package weight and dimensions so that the buyer will pay the correct shipping price to their location.
You may wish to offer volume discounts if they buy more than one shade.

Have you investigated shipping prices? You can use the shipping calculator> https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates If you use flat rate you need to know the cost to ship to the zip code farthest from you.
