It keeps telling me to please check my payment details or use a different payment option. Should I contact my bank to see what’s going on???? Or contact a member from eBay to see what’s going on? Also once I’ve paid for items I’ve bought when does the seller have the ability to ship the item? How many calendar days do they have? Also if I’m a seller how many days do I have to ship the item and how many days does the buyer have to pay for the item? Since the unpaid item strikes were removed from my account why can’t I pay for the 5 items that I won the auction and bids on?Are there any additional restrictions or limitations on my account that I’m not aware of??? Lastly from being a buyer and a seller what happens id you request a refund or cancellation!!!??? Does the buyer get issued a refund right away? Or does it take a couple of days to issue the refund? And for a seller how many days does it take to get paid for items you’ve sold? What’s the best and most effective way to ship items? Is it USPS ground, parcel or USPS first class?
