Shipping payment issue

a customer paid for shipping and handling but some how it was taken out of my total it went from $89-$67 after I had to buy it.

When "the Buyer pays for shipping", that money is given to you/the seller.

- Then you pay for the shipping label.

Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct

Sales Tax (remitted to the state)

Shipping labels

Final Value Fees FVF

Insertion fees (if any)

Promoted listing fees (if any)

Store Fees (if any)
