Shipping paid by buyer. How does this work for the seller?

I am selling a table on ebay with the buyer to pay for shipping. How does this work? It sounds like ebay creates the shipping label, and I take it to the carrier. When the label is created, has ebay already charged the buyer or do I pay the shipping and get reimbursed? Don't understand the process. Thanks.

I just explained how shipping works but I looked at your tables listed.

You need to end those listings and research how you are going to ship the tables. The amount you are charging is not going to remotely cover the cost to ship those items, in fact, I am not even sure you would be able to use USPS to ship one of the tables.

You may want to consider using local pick up for those items.

Check with FedEx, UPS and USPS to find out the maximum size and weight they will accept. You also need to figure out how you will box those items for shipping. They need to be safely packaged to avoid damage.

When the buyer makes the payment, the shipping charges are included in that payment and are transferred to the seller when the payment is made to the seller.

The seller pays for the shipping through the pending payment (if using eBay shipping labels) or pays for the shipping at the carrier.

To simplify, Buyer pays the shipping to the seller, the seller buys the label from the carrier. If you use eBay shipping, you can use the money pending to ship the item.
