Shipping Overseas
Help!
I have blocked some countries and specific purchasers from those countries from sales. Unfortunately, I have found they have now used an intermediary service in this country. I am afraid they now have my personal address and can collect other data on me. Any suggestions would be a huge help. However, I am VERY concerned this is now after the fact I had blocked them.

Mentor4 months ago@jennsm-2649 You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program. This means that you ship to the US hub and then eBay ships to the buyers country. The buyer doesn't see your return address as all returns for the eBay International Shipping Program go back to the Hub IF eBay wants the item back before issuing a refund.
YOU are not shipping internationally, eBay is. You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program which allows you to reach buyers around the world with ZERO risk to you.
You just ship to the US forwarding center in Illinois or CA, the address will be on the label when you print it with a code that ties the sale to you and the buyer.
Once the item reaches the US forwarding location safely your job as a seller is done. If a buyer files a refund request for ANY reason the refund comes from eBay and you keep the sale. I wish that eBay had this awesome of seller protections for domestic sales!

I am not sure why you are more concerned about international buyers having your address though than you are US buyers? If you are really concerned about buyers having your return shipping address you can use a PO box, of course that does cost a monthly fee.

I guess I am blessed. I have only had terrific interactions with purchasers from here in the US.

Mentor4 months ago@jennsm-2649 That would be a package forwarding address. Once tracking shows delivery to that address your job is done.
The only thing that is tricky is that USPS doesn't always do an acceptance scan at shipping forwarding companies so some sellers use UPS and add signature on delivery.
Reshipping voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If the buyer happens to try to file a return request approve the return shipping label, they won't be able to use it and the case will close in your favor.
The item was sent to another address after original delivery

Good and bad buyers will use forwarding companies, the risk of a bad buyer is the same as selling domestically. Keep in mind that people only go online to complain, they don't say how well the shipment went.
