@furbabies1997 You are using the eBay International Shipping Program.
This means that you ship the item to the package forwarding center in the US. eBay then forwards the package to the buyer.
The buyer pays you the item price and shipping to Illinois and they pay eBay for international shipping and any customs fees.
When you use EIS program your job as a seller is done once the item reaches the US forwarding center. eBay handles all refund requests and refunds the buyer out of THEIR pocket and you keep the sale. This is a great benefit of using the eBay International Shipping Program plus no customs paperwork to fill out.
If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program, you would ship to the eBay hub in the United States. EBay would then charge and collect the money from your Buyer to ship from the hub to France.
